I want you to love your artwork, so I take great care when packing and sending every order.
Change of mind
As my artwork is sold online, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without needing to give a reason.
If you decide you don’t want to keep your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the artwork to me.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
Once I receive the returned artwork, I will process your refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Custom and personalised artwork
Custom-made or personalised artwork is made specifically for you and is therefore not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind.
Damaged or faulty artwork
I package every order carefully, but if your artwork arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible with details and photographs of the issue.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights as a consumer.

2. My artwork
I create and sell original artwork, prints and other creative products through this website.
As my artwork is handmade and/or created from original artwork, slight variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur. Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen or device.
I do my best to make product photographs and descriptions as accurate as possible.
3. Copyright and intellectual property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, designs, logos and other creative content on this website belong to me or are used with permission.
Buying an artwork or print does not give you ownership of the copyright or permission to reproduce, copy, scan, resell, distribute or commercially use the artwork.
You may enjoy and display your purchased artwork for personal use.
Please don’t reproduce my artwork without my written permission.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item shown on the website.
I will send you an order confirmation once your order has been received. Your order is accepted when I confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.
I reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious error in the price or description, or I am unable to fulfil the order for another genuine reason. If I cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown on the website at the time you place your order.
I reserve the right to change prices, but any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
6. Delivery
I will aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact me so that we can arrange redelivery.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights apply to purchases made through this website.

8. Custom and personalised artwork
Where I agree to create artwork specifically to your requirements, details of the commission will be agreed with you before work begins.
Because custom or personalised artwork is made specifically for you, it may not be eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind.
Any specific terms relating to a commission, including price, timescale and agreed requirements, will be confirmed with you before work begins.
9. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to use it in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the website or its operation.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users’ information.
10. Website content
I make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date. However, I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, completely error-free or free from interruptions.
I may update, change or remove website content from time to time.
